IT Change Manager (Hybrid/ Up to $65/hr)

The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with a global company on their search for an Organizational Change Manager. This would be a contract to hire position. The company will be opening 2 new organizational change management offices. This will be an exciting opportunity to change the culture of the company, evangelize process around change management, determine when and how to communicate, and educate others on change management. In this role, you also will be responsible for assessing overall change impact and organizational readiness. You will also provide expertise in Organizational Change Management for a large, organization-wide program.

• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts
• Experience in project management or participation in large-scale projects
• Ground up implementation of Change Management for the organization
• Certification in Change Management preferred, but not required
