• University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and 10 years related work experience.
• Certifications in one or more of the following preferred, but appropriate experience will be satisfactory: Cisco, VMWare, Windows, Oracle

• Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, VMWare, Widows Server(s), AWS, Azure.
• Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including Routers, Firewalls, switches, VOIP, VPNs.
• Extensive application support experience with ERPs, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft.
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages, including PL-SQL, Java, APEX.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
• Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.

• Must be able to move about inside the office as needed (including navigation of stairs), to access files, copy machine, perform rounds, attend meetings etc.
• Role involves frequent computer (viewing, mouse, keyboard use), and telephone operation.
• Moderate Lifting - Required to move, bending, stand, sit, transport or reposition files, with lifting and carrying of up to approximately 45 pounds.
