IT Project Manager-Transportation Management-Contract

We are working with a client in need of a skilled IT Project Manager to join our client's growing team. In this position, the Project Manager will be responsible for organizing  technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. The  Project Manager should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.Location: RemoteProject Length: 6 Months PlusResponsibilitiesWork closely with users to understand, analyze, and document processes and needs.Create technical based solutions to enhance our customers overall technical experience.Thoroughly communicate, document, and ensure the success of these solutions.Work with technical team to provide clear road-maps on detailed logic.Thoroughly test solutions provided by developers and provide clear, detailed feedback.Provide technical support to end-users and internal co-workers. Extract information and manipulate the data into clear reports and escalate to upper management when neededDesign technical developments with the technical teamDevelop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocationCoordinate the roll-out of beta and production releasesInspect projects for quality assuranceEnsure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clientsDocument all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperworkWork with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
