Akkodis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting qualified candidates for an IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prioritize work from a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Deploy scheduled and manual software updates for end users
  • Assist with imaging and preparation of devices for users
  • Assist with planning efforts of assigned projectsQualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CIS or related field preferred; Experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered
  • Previous experience working with a formal ticketing system
  • Experience deploying software and imaging computers
  • Strong customer service focus and exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Process oriented and goal driven
