Our Client, a growing provider of Managed Services, Network Security Consulting, and Cloud-based services, is currently seeking candidates to fill several full-time IT Support Technician roles. These team members will play a key roles in ensuring the successful resolution of client issues by providing expertise regarding networking, desktops, virtualization, and security.Located just 15 minutes South of downtown Pittsburgh, the company offers a high degree of remote/hybrid/in-office flexibility, a fun, relaxed atmosphere and a true team setting - plus an excellent salary & benefits package with generous PTO.   • Provide end-user remote support and remediation for automated incidents as assigned.
  • Work on Support incidents that come in via phone, email, or customer portal.
  • Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service incidents.
  • Support technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
  • Support disaster recovery solutions.
  • Installation and configuration of workstations.
  • Malware removal.
  • Configure users in Microsoft Domain Environment.
  • Essential technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, WiFi, and security.
  • Install and configuration of a variety of Line of Business Applications.
  • Support print quality and printer networking issues
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of IT support experience for Level 1; 5 years for Level 2
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and quickly learn new technology.
  • Experience with PSA and RMM tools.
