Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Support Analyst I - Market A in the manufacturing industry. Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, you will be joining our team to support sales operations and manage customer interactions. This role will require you to liaise with various stakeholders, handle contract documentation, and drive continuous improvement in the sales process.Responsibilities: Liaise with vendors, partners, dealers, and sales representatives to support the application and contract process. Handle transactional aspects of the sales support workflow, from application to booking. Analyze and recommend opportunities for improvement, specifically across the application to booking process. Manage and convert outstanding approvals to ensure efficiency. Provide industry-specific knowledge to support sales operations. Create and negotiate end-user contract documentation to ensure all parties are in agreement. Review and prepare transactions for timely booking and funding. Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and support processes to identify areas for improvement. Handle both non-standard and exceptional applications, ensuring all procedures are followed. Determine pricing and calculate buy-out values, executing early termination processes where necessary. Escalate continuous improvement issues to the relevant parties. Negotiate with customers and vendors as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales. Experience in Documentation and Operations. Ability to Review and manage Contracts. Experience in Workstation Support and Pricing. Familiarity working with Vendors. Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks. Knowledge of industry Regulations. Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills. Proven Time Management skills. Ability to Execute tasks efficiently. Regular and punctual Attendance. Experience working with Suppliers in a manufacturing setting. Background in Financial Services. Experience handling Terminations and using ProFile software. Ability to Liaise effectively between different parties. A Plus and Drive Continuous Improvement skills are desirable. Understanding of Sustainable practices in manufacturing.
