A&M Freight Management LLC is seeking a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience or a strong sales background to earn uncapped commissions while helping companies across the country with their shipping and transportation needs.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and bring in new customers needing freight transportation services

Build and manage long-term relationships

Work independently to generate leads and close deals

Represent a reputable, family-owned brokerage that values honesty and exceptional service

What We Offer:

15% of gross profit on every new customer for the first 12 months

Commission paid bi-weekly via ACH or check

Full back-end support from our experienced freight operations team

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in freight sales, logistics, or transportation (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and networking skills

Honest, professional, and self-motivated

Able to work independently and manage customer relationships
