Jr Incident Manager

Location: Malvern, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Jr Incident Manager

• 5-day on-site shift during business hours in Incident Response (IR) focused on enhanced email security monitoring and data loss prevention (DLP).
• This is an on-site position. CSOC & our Incident Management team (IMT) are deemed mission-critical and therefore, it is an on-site position. It is not work-remote. Work Remote is approved when needed (ex: dr. appointments, sick, home maintenance).
• Shift work: This role is a 5-day shift during business hours (8A-4:30P). May need to be flexible to work a Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat shift for a 3-month rotation in the future.

• This is an entry-level position so it can be anyone from college graduate with some internships/Co-ops and/or real-world experience to someone moving from IT/Sys Admin role that has real-world experience and cyber certifications.
• Security experience with focus on security event monitoring and incident response (IR).
• Experience in one of the following security domains preferred: Cloud, Network, Endpoint.
• Problem-solving & analytical skills, communication, and being a team-player.
• Preferred certifications: Sec+, CISSP, any SANS or AWS certifications
