We are a whole animal butcher shop with a full kitchen.

All of the proteins for our menu come from the locally sourced animals we butcher. We make sausages as well as cured and smoked products (bacon, pastrami, corned beef, porchetta, mortadella etc). Our sandwich breads are baked in house by our chef. We have a fermentation/pickle program that compliments our sandwich menu which is also done all in house. All of our sauces are made in house.
Most of our staff have extensive kitchen and butchery experience and we are seeking an organized cook to help with prep, work the line, prepare wholesale orders, and help with merchandising. There is a lot of room for creativity if the basics are done well. The top priority in our kitchen is cleanliness. We have a very supportive staff who are very detail oriented when it comes to HACCP requirements (recording temperatures, dates, lot numbers etc). Everyone is very helpful in regards to teaching, and the vibe is pretty relaxed. We all participate in making staff meals and we all share in doing the dishes. Our shifts are predominantly 9-5 or 11-7.
