Working closely with HR and the GSC Strategy organisation to build standardised roles: define knowledge, skills, attributes and behaviours.

Develop a learning strategy for specific roles within the organisation, including competency models, learning curriculum and career path models as well as developing specific courses to build capability where required.

Develop the business case and own the relationship for external partnerships including Gartner, Warwick, MIT, supply chain consultancies; identifying the return on investment to strengthen the capability across GSC and bring learning from the external environment into GSC

Provide change management leadership for 1-2 key programmes including culture and engagement programmes in GSC Strategy.Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Degree in Supply Chain, STEM.

Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain roles (Production, Strategy, Procurement, Customer Services, Logistics, Planning, Quality, CMC etc.)

A passion for bringing learning from the outside into GSK with examples of where you have led this in the past.

Hands on experience of project delivery within a capability building or Learning and Talent Development area.

Working knowledge of developing business cases for senior leader endorsement.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Working knowledge of Functional Talent Development and career development methodologies strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.
