Location: Philadelphia, PA Salary: 150000 - 180000 Description: Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical power system design

Active Professional Engineering (PE) licensure in Pennsylvania

Ability to design electrical power systems for new construction and renovation projects of various sizes

Ability to design lighting control systems

Willingness to oversee junior electrical design staff for quality assurance

Ability to perform quality control checks and review design drawings

Extensive experience in existing building survey & assessment of electrical systems

Ability to design and layout of fire alarm systems

Ability to design new generator emergency power systems

Willing to manage multiple project simultaneously

Extensive experience with building code analysis including the ICC family of codes, NEC, and NFPA

Healthcare design experience preferred

Software ability requirements:

AutoCAD proficiency required

Revit proficiency preferred

SKM system analysis preferred
