Licensed Agents: Life, Health or Property and Casualty

We’re looking for on site Customer Service license agents to join the team. Earn $18.50/hr. to start for a full service inbound and outbound contact center located, Blue Bell, PA. They provide Insurance - Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services.

These are temp-to-hire positions – growth potential within the company.

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.50/hr.

Available Shift Times:

(Monday - Friday) - anytime from 8:am to 8pm flexible during these hours

Key Responsibilities:

Making outgoing cold calls to customers to educate and evaluate insureds policy.

Documenting details of the conversation in the system

Using dual screens to perform the job

Key Requirements:

High school diploma.

Inbound/Outbound call experience with great customer service skills

Must have life License or Health License or Property Casualty

Prior experience in collections or hard-core sales or cold calling is preferred

At least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience

Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required.

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be Aggressive and confident and have the ability's to think on their feet
