Licensed Insurance Agent- Accident and Health

As a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Accident and Health, you will utilize product scripts effectively during calls and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling, meeting daily performance goals, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database and using data insights to propose improvements to processes. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a large volume of calls in a timely manner, understand customer needs, efficiently resolve issues, and suggest enhancements for systems and procedures to increase organizational efficiency. High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of experience in a call center or customer-support role

Must have a valid Insurance Agent License in the state of Pennsylvania
