What Does the Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management Do?The Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management in Life Sciences will support the implementation, configuration, administration, and integration of CRM and related field-facing platforms for commercial and medical teams. The primary focus will be Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including system configuration, administration, user support, data flows, and integration with related platforms. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM and data solutions while supporting ongoing data management and automation needs.Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by: Lead client meetings and demonstrations, documenting business requirements and transforming requirements into technical solutions Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate, recommend, and deliver CRM, data, and related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities Perform implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration tasks for CRM, content management systems, and related data/integration initiativesManage data feeds and integrations to and from CRM, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and recommending best practicesFollow and contribute to CRM data management, integration, and governance best practicesLead and execute CRM enhancement, integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives as neededDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.  All other duties as assigned
