Life Sharing Specialist (Manager) - Support IDD and ASD

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Life Sharing Specialist to join our team. Life sharing is similar to Adult Foster Care for adults with disabilities, and the Life Sharing Specialist is similar to a manager of these individuals. This role is pivotal in supporting the health, safety, and personal growth of individuals in our Life Sharing program. You will be responsible for overseeing medical requirements, programmatic activities, incident reporting, and financial management for 8 homes. The life sharing specialist is a hands on role, where you will meet with individuals, caregivers, and help to develop supports for individuals - creating long lasting relationships and housing opportunities for individuals.

Applicants MUST meet ONE of the following qualifications:

-High school diploma holders with 6+ years of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

-Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

-Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

-Master’s Degree in a related field with 1+ year(s) experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
