Looking for a landscape/hardscape labor

I'm looking for a landscaping and hardscaping laborer. Some experience is a plus but it's not a big deal as long as you know how to work and don't bitch and complain. Preferably a College kid that's out for the summer looking for a job 4 or 5 days a week until school starts back up or a younger guy thats trainable. I do Landscaping/Moving and Snow in the Winter MUST BE DRUG FREE and your ability determines your pay but figure around 20/hr to start.
