Compensation: $40 A HOUR

Employment Type: Part-time / Per Diem

Schedule:

Every Monday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

3 Saturdays/month: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:

Green Medical Consulting is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an individual in a home/community-based setting. This role requires someone confident, professional, and experienced working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct nursing care and follow the care plan

Medication administration and documentation

Monitor health status and report changes promptly

Support safe, respectful, person-centered care

Communicate effectively with family/guardian and team members

Requirements (Read Carefully):

Active Pennsylvania LPN license (or applicable state license)

Must have experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities (IDD)

Reliable transportation and strong attendance (this schedule is consistent)

Current CPR (or willing to obtain)

Ability to pass background checks and required clearances

Preferred:

Experience in home care, community care, or behavioral/IDD support settings

Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor
