Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and maintainability of plant equipment and systems.Establish, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.Manage and improve the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionality and lead system upgrade.Create and maintain an equipment automation roadmap.Lead and implement site digitization strategies.Champion continuous improvement and culture change in preventative maintenance and reliability strategies.Lead and conduct problem solving efforts and implement corrective actions.Lead capital projects related to equipment improvements, upgrades, and replacements.Consult and provide recommendations for equipment purchases on capital projects.Develop and conduct training for maintenance and operations personnel on reliability concepts, new technologies, and best maintenance practices.
