Maintenance Position/Handyman Position

Looking to hire a couple of handymen full time and part time. Must have a valid drivers license, tools and transportation to and from jobs. Qualified candidates are required to have experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, small deck repairs, painting, drywall patching, etc. All around construction experience is preferred. A majority of the tasks involve siding and fascia repairs, ceiling fan and bathroom exhaust fan installation, tarring around chimneys, building/ replacing steps, small decks and railings, glass block window installation, small tree removal, trash haul outs, swapping out toilets and faucet repairs. This can be a 1099 position if you have your own general liability insurance. There is also a position available to be paid on the books as well. I am solely looking for candidates that have a minimum of 5 years experience with a solid construction background. If this seems like a job you are able to do with little to no supervision and can complete tasks on time, there is plenty of room for higher pay and bonuses for certain jobs.
