In this role, you will utilize your skills in construction, electrical work, masonry, carpentry, landscaping, and plumbing to support the maintenance of equipment, buildings, roads, trails, and parking facilities within the R B Winter Park Complex. You will serve as a lead worker, guiding junior maintenance repair men, Semi-Skilled Laborers, and other staff throughout various projects.Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance and repairs on automotive and other motorized equipment. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of all facilities and equipment within the complex.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or

Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Special Requirements:This position will require possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.Other Requirements:

PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
