Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $46-$48/hr (based on experience) + year end bonusSchedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-5:30pm (schedule can vary)We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.Responsibilities:  Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.Plan and schedule maintenance activities through work order system.Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.Train maintenance personnel, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, LOTO, and company policies.Lead breakdown response efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime.Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.Perform root cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures.Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
