Maintenance Tech II

Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.EPA Universal Certification preferredResponsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.Schedule & Compensation:Full Time, 80 hours bi-weeklyHours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pmAbility to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies $25.00/Hour
