➡️ Enjoy Saturday–Monday off every weekPen Argyl, PA | Full-Time | 3-Day Weekends Every WeekThe Role: Electro-MechanicWe’re looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanic who’s strong in mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting. You’ll keep production equipment running safely and efficiently while helping improve reliability across the plant.This is a great role for someone who enjoys:

✅ A plant that depends on Maintenance and respects the tradeWhat You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Work)You’ll be hands-on repairing and maintaining industrial equipment, including:Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, chains, belts, pulleys, rollers, etc.)Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems (cylinders, valves, solenoids, pumps) and build hydraulic hoses as neededPerform welding and fabrication repairs (MIG & stick) in various positionsTroubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, multimeter, and meggerInstall and align new equipment using hoists, jacks, and precision toolsTroubleshoot and support VFD drives (SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen Bradley)Test equipment, identify needed parts, complete repairs, and document preventative maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety proceduresWork at heights and use equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and scissor lifts as needed
