Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Collegeville, PAPosition SummaryThe Junior Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of production equipment and facility systems. This role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently while supporting operational efficiency and equipment reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications.Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.Support spare parts inventory management.Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent training in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HVAC systems, or CMMS software is a plus.Ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as needed.
