Maintenance Technician - Up To 37/hr

The Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of all plant equipment. They will work with highly automated equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Troubleshoot and repair advanced industrial electrical, robotic and pneumatic issues on all production equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Perform electrical and software troubleshooting of production equipment failures with minimal direction and guidance.

Provide electrical and pneumatic maintenance support and training to operators that results in improved machine availability and increased performance.

Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on electrical, robotic and pneumatic systems according to specification.

Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance for most hydraulic and mechanical equipment issues.

Wire and install new equipment throughout the facility; Able to take projects from conception to implementation with minimal guidance and direction.

Trains machine operators on daily maintenance procedures.

Proficiently design, weld and fabricate basic parts to repair equipment.
