This individual will be responsible for developing and executing creative engagement through sponsorship activation, in-venue experiences & creative, on-site activations, experiential marketing, content creator activations, earned media, industry relevance, community engagement & more.The mission of the Brand Partnership and Engagement team is to connect consumers deeper to what they love through innovative and strategic partnerships that put our brands on the “Big Stage” and provide moments of high engagement. The Manager of Brand Partnership Engagement will be a key executor to accomplish this mission. This role will report to the Director, Brand Partnership and Engagement.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Collaborating with internal and external teammates, execute creative plans that allow us to execute prominent and consistent awareness of our shared equity with partners via an effectively managed brand partnership portfolio

Support the development of multi-sensorial experiences that have cultural breakthrough and build emotional connections

Lead the development of post-launch brand and business reporting, including the executive level communication, across all partnership engagement programs

Key Marcom member of the Brand Partnership & Engagement team, supporting all partnership creative usages and executions, working closely with our advertising, retail, creative, brand strategy, programming, partnership management, division and agency teammates.

Develop and execute creative engagement plans across our entire portfolio including national sports partnerships, local sports/venue creative, gaming creative execution, media partnerships, multi-cultural partnerships & more.

Support the creative development process across the portfolio of National Sports, Gaming, Multi-Cultural, and Divisional/Regional Partnerships Marcom lead for all partnership engagement

Ensure cross-functional teams are aware of all Brand Partnership related creative opportunities, including the communication of the Partnership Engagement Plan of Record.

Serve as a team member of the Brand Partnership team across all campaigns with potential integrations across retail, IMC/advertising, editorial, experiential and internal/external communications.

Stay knowledgeable on partnership integration best practices, including understand competitive integrations and general best practices.

Understanding of the Comcast partnership landscape to ensure compliance across partner guidelines.

End-to-end responsibility around content creators, including selection, management & engagement

Support the development of all sponsorship creative needs, and align with IMC team for division/acquisition media tactics

Ensure messaging strategy alignment with brand POR and NBC Sports for all HQ-led media elements, RSN snipes, Olympics, etc.

Coordinate delivery timeline of toolkits with IMC team to impact Division creative

Support Sr. Specialist with all necessary legal reviews and creative feedback

Support planning process with IMC team to produce partnership-specific creative

Develop creative briefs for partnership led programs, to drive messaging and creative execution for all content creator content campaigns

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Other requirements:

Agency management experience and proven ability to inspire agency performance

Creative thinking with the ability to push past the status quo and through audience driven knowledge have the brand breakthrough in unique ways beyond traditional media.

Experience and ability to excel in a large, fast-paced, complex environment

Ability to apply a solution-oriented approach; proven problem-solving skills

Proven track record in project management

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details

Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; strong time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver results

Proven self-starter that is willing to take initiative, make decisions and handle various management styles

Strong team player

Ability to demonstrate consumer-first mentality

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies; has an understanding of the creative development process a plus

Ability to travel as needed

Comfortable working nights/weekends as needed
