Operations - Insurance OperationsThe current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.Frontline Leader accountable for individual and team performanceProvides primary management support and leadership oversight of Billing team (including monthly 1:1s, performance evaluations, tracking and monitoring results, etc.)
Direct accountability for operational outcomes and experiences (Prudential and Accenture team)
Evaluation and general oversight of workflow to ensure service commitments are met
Primary point of contact for Billing-related escalations when leadership involvement needed
Identify and implement process improvements to simplify or enhance customer and associate experience, create efficiencies and improve outcomes
Provides the coaching and development needed to create a capable, motivated, highly engaged and empowered team
General oversight of control partner activities such as audits, regulatory changes, department of insurance inquiries, etc
Create and maintain a dynamic team culture through employee engagement and proactive initiatives
Partner with Onboarding, Underwriting, and Technology teams to improve Billing administration, supporting projects when neededKey Mindsets & Behaviors:
