Job Number: 2302557 ) We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Manager to lead our advanced people analytics and business intelligence efforts at Penske!

Position Summary: The Manager of HR Analytics will be responsible for executing our advanced HR analytics strategy, curating stakeholder relationships, and leading and developing a team of highly skilled analysts. This role will partner with the business to help assess, shape, prioritize, and resource advanced HR analytic and reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data/modeling, a track record of building advanced analytical teams, a deep understanding of HR metrics and analytics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR data science and business intelligence strategies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Work with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for using data and analytics to drive HR initiatives. Lead execution, iterate with the business, implement solutions, and hold team to deadlines and budget.
  • Provide key product ownership of Oracle Analytics Cloud/Fusion Analytics Warehouse
  • Collaborate with the business to shape proper listening strategies such as surveys, sampling, and focus groups to help better understand our workforce
  • Lead the design and implementation of data models and algorithms to support HR decision-making
  • Work with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for using data and analytics to drive HR initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership council to prioritize and lead the development and implementation of projects and enterprise solutions
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders, using data visualization and other communication tools
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Legal teams to ensure data quality and maintain data privacy and security
  • Help shape the advanced analytics strategy for HR and stay current on industry trends/best practices in people analytics and HR data science

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or a related field, Master's Degree preferred
  • 7 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence - Experience in people analytics preferred
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, OAC/FAW strongly preferred
  • Experience with QlikSense or other enterprise BI/reporting tools required
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and programming languages such as Python or R
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing technical teams, including the development of team members and implementing enterprise level analytical solutions with a team
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
