- Lead the team to support staff and families with issues regarding computers and peripherals.
- Serve as a point of escalation for student and staff requests and concerns.
- Develop improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance and achievement of SLAs.
- Collaborate with 3rd party partners regarding customer service and equipment fulfillment.
- Work closely with applications and infrastructure teams to support enterprise level tasks.
- Develop talent within the team by leveraging opportunities and projects.
- Evaluate staff performance regularly, providing reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching, team meetings and professional development as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field and two (2) technical certifications preferred or an Associate Degree in a technical field and four (4) technical certifications (Example: CompTIA Core certs, MCSA, MTA etc.).
- Two (2) years of experience in desktop or information systems support.
- Two (2) to four (4) years supporting educational industry applications.
- Leading teams through servant leadership and continuous improvement.
- Prioritizing tasks and achieving success in a timely manner.
- Attentive to details, mindful of interpersonal dynamics, and analytical in execution.
- Broad range of information technology knowledge/experience.
- Communicating effectively in customer friendly terms verbally and in writing.
- Adept at inventory management in an integrated hybrid environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the IT team.
- Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to pass the background checks required for all school employees in Pennsylvania.
- This position could include limited travel and could include limited overnight travel.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, lift, reach, communicate (vision, hearing, and speech).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effectively carry out functions, duties, and responsibilities.
- Ability to independently ambulate.
- Ability to travel to and from assigned work locations without employer support.
- Able to independently read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to work every Monday through Friday during normal work hours, as well as infrequent extended hours and attendance at scheduled evening meetings.
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work with computers and associated equipment as well as read and interpret handwritten documents.
