The Periodic Reviews and Supplier Assessments Manager is responsible for ensuring execution of and compliance to the established processes for Periodic Reviews and Supplier Assessments. This role is responsible for developing centralized and data driven approaches for Periodic Review and Supplier Assessment management. This role is also responsible for ensuring any Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions and/or mitigations resulting from Periodic Reviews and Supplier Assessments are documented appropriately and followed through to completion.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop a consistent, data driven, centralized approach for Periodic Reviews.
  • Maintain a schedule for Periodic Reviewsandinitiate upcoming oneswith I&T Operations team members and System Owners,and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Ensure Periodic Reviews are completed on time and subsequent Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions are documented and completed on time.
  • Conduct Supplier Assessments when requested per established procedure.
  • Develop a centralized databased for completed supplier assessments.
  • Ensuremitigations noted in Supplier Assessments reports are adhered to and followed through to completion.
  • Collaborate with I&T Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance to ensureadherence toany relevantpolicies and procedures and risks are documented with appropriate mitigations.
  • Support internal reviews, audits, and inspections when necessary.
  • Responsible forcontinuous improvement of Supplier Assessment and Periodic Review processes.

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Education ​

  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalentin areas IT or other related Life Sciences discipline.

Experience

  • 5+ years ofrelevant IT experience

  • Experience working with a managed service partner

  • Experiencewith auditing and being involved in inspections

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Life sciences industry experience

  • Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures
