What You’ll DoFrom day one, you’ll join the Philadelphia management team where you will contribute to shaping the future of Sia Partners. As a Client Development Leader managing Sales, Client Coverage, and IP, you will have a key role in sales and strategic offerings. The successful candidate will accelerate Philadelphia’s Digital Transformation Agenda, advancing our capabilities in the local market.Client DeliveryClient delivery will be focused on strategic analysis to transformative execution as part of a remote and on-site project team (some travel may be required)Apply subject matter expertise from a domain, product, functional and/or technical perspectiveAdvise clients on key strategic decisions that impact their business covering both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with our client’s senior leadership teams to provide status updates and obtain key insights throughout the projectAssist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methodsDevelop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clientsIdentify opportunities for new business and supporting bid teams with proposalsContribute to the development of high-quality technical and service offeringsManage budget as well as overall engagement profitability (margin)Support the practice and our people developmentBusiness DevelopmentLeverage local professional network to expand digital transformation clients in the Philadelphia MarketDrive opportunities to expand client services with relationships built from current engagementsIdentify new offerings and services based on client needsClose opportunities through participation in RFI and RFP responsesDemonstrate domain expertise in sales efforts, including client orals presentationsDevelop and leverage networks across client organizations and professional bodiesDevelop and maintain accurate pipeline records and forecastsDevelop account plans aligned with Sia’s service offeringsDevelop and maintain an understanding of competitor strengths and weaknessesExperience in executing under a strategic selling framework
