The Witmer Group is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will provide comprehensive marketing support, create and manage materials, and maintain consistency with our branding. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and customer service skills to support our marketing department effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate social media and web content updates.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including sales kits and brochures.
- Manage and update CRM data using HubSpot.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate advertisements, signage, and branded collateral (e.g., fleet vehicles, banners, and business cards).
- Support content creation, including articles, press releases, e-blasts, and award submissions.
- Help organize and participate in special events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with WordPress and experience in CRM software (HubSpot).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Photography skills are a plus, as are any construction industry insights.
