Job Overview

TE Connectivity is now hiring a Material Handler at our plant in Landisville, PA. This is a2nd Shift role with working hours of 2:45 pm-11:15 pm Monday-Friday, and occasional overtime.

Material Handler's daily responsibilities:

  • Receive, storeand stageraw materials, components, and work in process to Production work centers.
  • Processwarehouse materials transactions on ERP system via the handheld scanner or the computer.
  • Maintain proper labeling and weights of raw materials.
  • Performother duties as needed or assigned and to be flexible to work 1st shift in some occasions.
  • Ensureproper cleanliness of equipment and work area in accordance with company housekeeping, safety, environmental, and TEOA guidelines.

What your background should look like:

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one-year related experience in shipping & receiving and general warehouse operations.
  • Prior Forklift Experience Preferred- Stand up and Sit down-
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • ERP systems (SAP)experience is a plus.
  • Prior working experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.


Physical Demands:

  • Stand, walk, talk, and Reach with hands and arms.
  • Walk through narrow aisles.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch ,go up and down ladders.
  • Frequently lift/move up to 35 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision & color vision.
