Mechanic / Maintenance Position

We are a light manufacturing company located in Allentown that is looking for a maintenance/mechanical person. We operate twisting and winding machinery that produce technical fiber for many different industries.

We're looking for someone that is versatile and has mechanical and problem-solving abilities. We'll train the successful candidate. This position will support the maintenance of all production equipment. We'll need you to be able to make general mechanical repairs and take care of machine setups. Previous maintenance experience is desired but not necessarily required. We'll train the right person. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of safety and the ability to operate power tools and equipment. You'll work with our processing equipment to optimize production and correct deficiencies. This is an ideal position for a person that enjoys being hands on.
