Vitalant is hiring an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientists II to bring skilled technical support to our high complexity blood bank laboratories. Recognition and perksAs a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to:

Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.

Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.

Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required.

Certification as a Medical Technologist/MLS/BB from an accredited agency or CLIA equivalent for high complexity testing required.

State licensure as required by regulations.
