- Should leverage the County’s existing Enterprise Licensing Agreement for 365 online held with Microsoft to extend the functionality of a platform.

- ASP.NET, Java Script, HTML5, XML, C# and SQL with strong knowledge of Object Oriented and .NET development principals
- Installing and deploying Organizations
- Customizing and creating Dynamics entities and views
- Creation of Dynamics security and maintenance of Dynamics security
- Creation of web portals integrated with Dynamics
- Business workflows and processes
- Visual Studio with the Dynamics SDK and/or plugin platforms
- Screen design and customization with & without JavaScript
- Creating and modifying Dynamics reports, fetch XML/SSRS, custom reports, views and dashboards
- Upgrading Microsoft Dynamics including debugging
- Integration with Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Integration with Outlook/Office365
- Integration with existing legacy systems

- Development staff to help develop and maintain application solutions for the various Montgomery County departments.
- Will work on hourly increments as instructed by the Manager of Information and Technology Solutions Development team. Qualified partner should include the hourly charge for all developer services. Absolutely no other charges, fees or travel expenses should be included in the response.
- May be required to assist in the discovery phase of projects, assist in documentation, and provide knowledge transfer for all developed unmanaged solutions. Development should follow current best practices.
- Must acknowledge and agree that Montgomery County will own applicable source and object code and any other information of any kind and in any form which is required to make updates or modifications to the acquired software suite.
- Montgomery County will also own any related source code, workflows, BI, Intellectual Property and documentation.
- All solutions will be unmanaged and become the property of Montgomery County at the completion of all projects.
- Should identify all personnel that will be used and provide biographies or resumes. They must be able to pass all clearances as necessary and have a mastery of the English language in both spoken and written form.
- The awarded partner will provide technical documentation on items that the partner developed.
- All Dynamics solutions must be unmanaged solutions with best practices being used in developing and deploying.
- Will provide transfer of knowledge where requested.
- New solutions and apps will be developed depending on the needs of various departments through the County.
