Experience 7+ Yearsdevelop a system that would enable it to provide its customers the ability to request services and track the status of the request from initial intake to final delivery. BAS services are vast and include forms and publications, graphic arts, printing, mail distribution, right to know law, records management, procurement, design and renovation, leasing/real estate, surplus furniture and equipment, parking, and vehicle management. Each of these services have different milestones within its processes. By providing visibility to the customer on the major steps it takes to deliver on a request and exactly where that request lies within the process, BAS aims to improve the customer experience, gather quantitative data on its service delivery models, and create more awareness around its service offerings. Communication will also be centralized within this system so that all communication between BAS staff and the customer on each request can be found within the portal.
