Description Our client is looking to hire a Network Analyst in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position is an ONSITE role, requiring travel. For immediate consideration, please apply below. Responsibilities: Address and resolve IT network issues impacting software and system performance. Monitor and analyze network and systems performance, using tools such as PRTG, Vyopta, system logs, and application-level reports to prevent potential incidents. Collaborate with clients, vendor partners, carriers, and technical staff on VOIP implementation, optimization, and circuit health. Support maintenance of necessary technical documentation and ensure accurate documentation of work activity in company's tracking systems. Adhere to the company's design, programming, and application standards, including compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Develop, analyze, and document testing processes in a lab environment to validate system and hardware performance when program-related changes are necessary. Support production level testing, proof of concept implementation, and project initiatives.Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Cisco ASA. Proficiency in managing Cisco Access Points is required. Experience with Cisco ASA Firewall is essential. Must hold a Cisco Certified Network qualification. Clear understanding of network protocols, network devices, and multiple operating systems. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and updates in network security. Demonstrable experience in network troubleshooting, network protocols, and network management.
