• Professional/Technical Competencies: 9 plus years of hand-on experience in Operation, Maintenance and Administration of Network & Security Infrastructure.
• Experience in managing and implementing various LAN, WAN, Load Balancing technologies and having Experience in providing network support for global data center networks.
• Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.
• Expert level understanding of networking & security concepts.
• Experience working with Cisco Nexus platform (2k, 5k, 7k, and 9k etc.) and concepts such as VPC and Fabric path.
• Experience working with Cisco 9300, 6500 switches. ISR 4k and ASR 1k.
• 6Experience working with routing and switching technologies such as OSPF & BGP, Fabric path with troubleshooting skill
• Understanding of Silverpeak (SD-WAN)

• Experience of Network and security designing and deployment on AWS Cloud.
• Experience of managing AWS cloud security services
• Experience of F5 load balance will be added advantage.
• Technical certification on Network and security technologies like CCNP / CISSP /CCIE etc.
• Experience on working in a global support environment, experience of ticketing-tools and exposure to ITIL processes in context of service operations is a plus.
• Work on complex / escalated incidents, problems and changes within the Operational environment.
• Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various Network & security products.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate (both written & oral) clearly with various internal stakeholders and customer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.
