Duties:

Must already reside and have housing in Key West.

- Answering and directing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and answering emails in a professional manner

- Greeting and assisting visitors and owners at the administration office

-Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

- Maintaining and organizing files and documents

- Assisting with training and development of office staff

- Overseeing team management and ensuring smooth operations

- Coordinating office events and meetings
