Travel onsite to King of Prussia PA, 5 days a week, to provide technical support for end users throughout the organization. Work alongside the VP of IT Infrastructure and handle all level 1 support issues for 180 company employees. Client DetailsExecutive Search firm based out of King of Prussia, PA. DescriptionResponsibilities:-Provide level 1 technical support for all hardware and software related issues. -Respond to end user ticket requests, support Office365 related issues, onboard and offboard users with the Active Directory.-Configure and maintain office AV systems and printers. -Responsible for MDM of company issued phones. -Document tickets and escalate any issues pertaining to more than 1 user. -Troubleshoot basic networking and server issues. ProfileRequirements:-Ability to travel ONSITE to King of Prussia, PA, 5 days a week. -2 years of professional experience providing technical support or relevant coursework (BS in Computer Science). -Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.-Understanding of the entire Office365 product suite. -Experience with Active Directory. -Experience with AV Systems and Printer configuration. -Basic understanding of Networking and Server related issues. -Excellent communicator.-Willingness to learn.
