Please note this is a 6 month contract position.Education and Experience Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education relevant experience requiredAt least 3 years operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and or a Clinical Research Organization is requiredDemonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required if applicable for functional roleFamiliarity with industry best practices for vendor management is required if applicable for functional roleStrong project management skills and presentation skills with the ability to lead a team independently is requiredGood understanding of the therapeutic areas where Company is involved is preferredExperience with Digital Health technology suppliers is preferred applicable for DH CoE rolesOverview:This service primarily supports all activities within the scope of DH CoE, to meet the deliverables of stakeholder partners. The service will be required to provide Process, Continuous Improvement, Training and Communication expertise required for DH CoE operations and will be the main point of contact for cross functional teams involved in managing these projects. This service is expected to maintain an awareness of industry benchmarks and evaluate innovative new approaches to ensure the processes are at the best practice level of performance.NOTE: Within the scope of EBIS DH CoE, this service could support various Digital Health technologies including, but not limited to eCOA/COA, Imaging, ECG, Trials 2 You, Actigraphy, etc.Deliverables:Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory requirements, etc.Provide support to optimize and maintain high quality processes are embedded and standardized across all the respective functional groupProvide support to define and maintain optimal department wide Training Strategy, covering all functional activities, technologies, processes, for all team members, and ensuring high level of Inspection Readiness if applicableHelp to drive functional area Communications Strategy, including change management, management of outward facing portals, and establishment of Champion Networks if applicableHelp to identify opportunities for and provide Continuous Improvement oversight and management ofBest PracticesProcessesLessons Learned Risk ManagementOperational enhancementsMaintain close relationship with cross functional stakeholders, and maintain an awareness of current issues in the departmentServe on projects to streamline workflows within functional areaEffectively manage internal and external business partner relationships in support of RND deliverablesApplicants must include their telephone number.
