Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production

Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production priorities and achieve ambitious goals

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Successfully implement quality control measures to ensure product excellence

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Proven experience in a manufacturing role

Demonstrated ability to carefully attend to details and adhere to guidelines accurately.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
