• Oracle Cloud HCM Experience in any Core HR and Compensation modules.
• Should have at least 3 Implementation Experience.
• Should also have Support Experience of Hypercare Support / Application Support / Upgrade Support / Enhancement work.
• Should have expertise in understanding business requirement and create functional specifications, mapping requirements and perform fit-gap analysis, transform Requirement to Application Solution.
• Should possess very good communication skills and Front-end Client interactions.
• Should have Team Lead / Project Lead experience.
• Should have experience in Estimating given work and work with Sales team for Proposals.
• Having Technical Knowledge will be added advantage.
• HCM Cloud certification is essential.
