We are looking for a DBA that has 10+ years of experience.

This candidate should be able to take a project, do the independent research for this project, test, and document what it does and provide us with a recommendation and the pros and cons of their findings.

We would expect them to come to us with questions, but they should be able to problem solve and work out some issues on their own.

This candidate should also have RAC, Exadata, and Dataguard experience.
