Job Title: Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA) ConsultantLocation: Pittsburgh, PADuration: Full Time/Permanent Job DescriptionClient is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA) Consultant with multiple implementations experience, covering all Oracle SOA suite components. This position’s primary responsibility will be to work as a team member on the Agile Product line team. Under limited supervision, the senior consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Consultant possesses fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles. Discusses technical issues competently with team members and develops technical recommendations based on options presented. Consultant will be accountable in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configure the system, coordinate system integration testing, user training & acceptance testing. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Relevant Information TechnologyExperience that includes Oracle SOA Suite developmentExperience in Oracle SOA development with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience implementing Oracle SOA suiteExperience with implementing APIC Gateway, Ready API, PostMan, Rest APIRequired to have at least 1 or 2 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle SOA suite Preferred Qualifications:Participates in analysis/design assignments using specifications assigned by the Product OwnerAnalyze system requirements and be able to implement, configure and test applications.Assists with the efficient and reliable operation of small production applications.Develops a good understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed.Assists in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems impacting the applications performance.Participates in preparing detailed specifications based on analysis of problems.Participate in system and disaster recovery testing to ensure technical requirements are met.Communicate effectively with others Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT, Developing end-user documentation and training materials, Delivering end-user trainingParticipation in pre-sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of work (for permanent position only and not for sub-con)
