Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-centric sales professional to astound clients with our broadband, video and voice services. The part-time Direct Sales professional applies a consultative sales approach to help customers understand the technology and potential of Astound’s network.

Our modern direct selling approach allows sales professionals to succeed by helping to create various lead generators, including canvassing, cold-calling, local events and building partnerships with referral partners all while taking care of customers within an assigned, geographic territory.

The part-time Direct Sales position offers a hybrid field/remote environment, flexible schedules for hours up to 20 per week, realistic goal expectations, extensive training in both sales and the appropriate technical knowledge and a generous commission plan for the ideal candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consultative selling of broadband, video and voice services
  • Apply technology solutions to customer needs
  • Canvass assigned geographical territory
  • Build referral partnerships
  • Represent Astound Broadband at local events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 0+

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, Willingness to learn, Preparation and Attention to Detail, Active listening, Product/Service Knowledge, Customer Service

Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, Basic computer skills, Basic smart phone (Android) skills
