JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:The School of Behavioral Sciences and Education is inviting applications for a part-time Administrative Support Assistant (up to 24 hours per week) to join our administrative team. Work will be performed in-person, on-site at Penn State Harrisburg .Job Duties
Greet/refer/assist students, faculty, staff, and guests.
Process mail and eMail.
Provide support in budgetary systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and promotional materials.
Compile and organize records.
Assist with projects and special events.
Manage social media accounts.
Schedule meetings and take minutes.
Assist with travel arrangements.
Provide backup support for other administrative office staff.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time-sensitive projects independently.
