• Define and manage the load Chaos Testing Roadmap for applications and infrastructure
• Design, develop and run custom chaos experiments for our customer’s enterprise solutions
• Assess E2E System Performance and define strategies for Performance, Scalability & Reliability
• Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for DB, applications, tools, etc.
• Collect performance measurements to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
• Analyze results to find ways to alleviate performance bottlenecks and optimize
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate areas for performance optimization and provide recommendations
• Design, implement, and execute chaos experiments from conception to production deployment
• Analyze complex problems in the application space relating to resilience
• Work closely with Product Managers and Key Stakeholders to plan and conduct application testing efforts
• Develop baselines and dashboards for application and platform teams for performance and chaos testing
• Support creation of integrated Performance & Chaos Engineering strategy, process, tools and execution
• Develop automated chaos testing in pre-production and production systems
