responsible to drive successful go-to-market strategies for Siemens in the cardiovascular
market in North America as well as clear ownership and leadership of critical
physician initiatives related to key opinion leader management, bringing
voice-of-the-customer feedback to global product development teams and being
the liaison between physicians and global Clinical Affairs. practice leaders
and society engagement. This role will also own and drive the strategy of reference
sites and partner with Global Medical Education on training locations while
maximizing the partnership from our thought leadersThis role reports to the Vice President of Robotics business
line and collaborates closely with global downstream marketing, clinical
affairs, and sales to offer analysis of market trends, creating a synthesized
view of the related market opportunities, and supplying thought leadership and
analysis our products while also contributing to the business and overall marketing
strategy.Responsibilities:Creates innovative downstream marketingsolutions, programs, and tools to create value and support the needs of theSales Team.
Evaluates promotional plans to ensure that theyare consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectivelyconveyed.
Serve as the Product Marketing lead for keytradeshows and drive physician engagement opportunities including live cases,symposia, etc.
Develop strategy to identify and selectstrategic physician partners in the market. Work across the organization tocreate engagement plans that align to business objectives and maximize partnerstrengths and interests.
Drive a reference site strategy that highlightsour product utility in the cardiology robotic segment market using thoughtleader advocacy
Lead and execute advisory boards and/or usergroups for comprehensive market research and generate compelling marketinsights based on research, data, and feedback
Coordinate with new product development team andothers including regulatory, clinical, marketing, and external collaborators todevelop and commercialize solutions
Liaise with Clinical Affairs to understand thestrategy for clinical studies, current and future study protocols to close thecommunication loop with North America physicians
Partner closely with sales organization todevelop and implement strategies and ensure commercial alignment.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assignedproducts and disease states.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceStrong communication skills and leadershipskills.
Requires deep knowledge of the North America peripheraland neuro market, trends, and clinical/technical needs. Existing relationshipswith key opinion leaders is required.
Work effectively as a team, motivatingcolleagues and team members to produce the best results.
Experience creating impactful marketing plansand developing value propositions, positioning and targeting
Display high level of critical thinking inbringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functionalproblems.
Results oriented to ensure achievement of thetargeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals.
Ability to drive a strategic plan, having animpact to implement necessary changes with internal and external partnersinvolved.
5 years of experience in the field of customerrelationship or product marketing
Bachelor’s degree.
Required travel: 50-75%.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience·
